You can return most general merchandise for any reason within 30 days from the original date of purchase (clearance merchandise, marked with a yellow sticker, is not returnable). We will be glad to replace the item, exchange it for new merchandise, or issue a refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for Return Authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns which are not our fault.
All items must be in "as-new" condition in original packaging. We recommend returns are be sent via courier that issues a tracking number. It is also a good idea for you to insure the package for its content value.
Items returned to the store must be accompanied by a receipt. If no receipt is available at the time of return/exchange, either the current sale price or the full price less 25% will prevail. Items not in the original condition are not eligible for return.
The Lafayette College Store no longer carries textbooks in store, our new online ordering partnership (starting July 6th 2020) offers more competitive prices in line with our textbook affordability policy. All textbooks returns should be returned directly to BNC Services, a prepaid label will be supplied upon request.

Generally we ship using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, this is usually a 2-3 day delivery in most cases.

Your shipping charges are not calculated into the price total of your purchase order until the order ships.
Diploma Frames and Chairs are subject to additional shipping charges due to package size and extra handling requirements.
For security reasons we are not able to place merchandise or gift cards in the Student Mail Boxes, these items will be available for pick up at the College Store during regular store hours. The College Store reserves the right to cancel/refund orders that are not picked up within a reasonable period of time determined by the College Store.
